Day 1:
Arrival to Luxor airport, our representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage will greet you. From the airport you will be transferred by a private A/C car to your hotel. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) Hot Balloon: Should you want to make your stay in Luxor an unforgettable. Drifting peacefully over the Valley of King, Valley of the Queens and the Mountain on the Nobles. Over night in Luxor.
Day 3:
Breakfast. Transfer to Cruise. Boarding before Lunch. Lunch on board. Visit The Temple of Karnak & the Temple of Luxor. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor
Day 4:
Breakfast. Visit The West Bank – the Valley of the Kings, Valley of The Queens and The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. Lunch on board. Sail to Esna. Overnight in Edfu.
Day 5:
Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Visit The Temple Shared by the Two Gods Sobek & Haroeies in Kom Ombo. Dinner on board. Overnight in Kom Ombo
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Sail to Aswan. Visit The High Dam, The Granite Quarries & the Temple of Philae Lunch on board. Sail on the Nile by felucca around Kitchener’s island and Agha Khan Mausoleum. Dinner on board. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board. Disembarkation after breakfast. (Optional) Departures to Abu Simbel visit the Temple of Abu Simbel back to Aswan, The colossal Temple of Abu Simbel built by Ramses II (XIXth. Dynasty) and lately saved from inundation of the Nile waters in among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments. The temples were built out of a sandstone rock cliff, and representation of the deities to which each was dedicated is carved on its huge façade. Nearby, also saved, lies the small Temple of the King's wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Transfer to the train station for your overnight train to Cairo. Overnight Seat Train.
Day 8:
Breakfast: can be individually requested on train for about 3 USD. Arrival to Cairo, meet & assist by our local representative and transfer to the hotel. Check in. free time for Shopping. (Optional) Dinner Cruise including transportation, dinner, Belly Dancer, Tanura Show. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 9:
Breakfast. Then drive to the three famous Pyramids of Giza, erected by Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, guarded by the mysterious Sphinx, which is a mythical statue with a body of a lion and a human head. The three Pyramids and the Sphinx are one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the most important tourist site in Egypt. (Camel ride at the Pyramids can be arranged during the visit upon your request).
(Optional) Then full day tour to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, housing around 250,000 antique pieces. Covering the whole history of ancient Egypt, which extends over the past 5 thousand years, among these pieces the most magnificent treasures of the young King Tut Ankh Amon. (Optional) Sound & Light laser show. Overnight in Cairo
Day 10:
Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) Departure from hotel to start your full day tour visiting Sakkara. See the earliest monumental stone tractor in Egypt, a stepped pyramid built for King Zoser (c. 2650 BC). Then visit the cemetery for Memphis, used continuously for 3,000 years. Then visiting the Old part of Cairo, as Egypt was one of the first countries to embrace Christianity. We visit the Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Berbara. The hanging Church, and the Coptic Museum which has a large collection of Coptic arts and antiquities dating from 300-1000 B.C., We will also visit the old Jewish Ben Ezra Synagogue. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 11:
Breakfast . Free day. (Optional) Over day Tour to Alexandria, (Greco-Roman Museum, the Roman theater & the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa. Transportation Cairo-Alexandria-Cairo (by air conditioned bus) includes a visit to Greco-Roman Museum (Filled by collection, which covers the period from the 3rd Century BC to the 7th century AD Like Mummies, Hellenistic statues, bust of Roman Emperors, Tanagra figurines & early Christian antiquities). Follow by a visit to the Roman Theater (A theater with marble seats up to 800 spectators, Galleries, Section of mosaic flooring & a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman Villas & baths). Then a visit to the Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa (Tombs on three levels, also contains The Triclinium where relatives used to sit on stone benches to feast the dead, a center with relieves of bearded serpents. Inside, there are 2nd Century AD statues of Sobec & Anubis wearing Roman Armor), Then visit the Montazah Garden and Alexandria Library. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 12:
Breakfast. Free day. Transfer to the train station for your overnight train to Luxor. Overnight Seat Train.
Day 13:
Breakfast can be individually requested on train for about 3 USD. Arrival to Luxor, meet & assist by our local representative and transfer to the hotel, Check in. (Optional) Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple. Over night in Luxor.
Day 14:
Breakfast. Free day. (Optional) Full Day Tour Abydos and Denderah. Hathoor and Osiris Temples Morning we drive to Abydos, where the ancient Egyptians believed the god Egypt for you (lord of the underworld) to be buried. The paintings of the Gods and Pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. We then continue to Denderah to visit the Temple of Hathor, goddess of love and joy. Hathor Temple, with its sacred lake and famous astrological roof, is a delicately beautiful structure. Hathor is the patroness of the Ahathoor Temple. Over night in Luxor.
Day 15: Breakfast at the hotel our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you at the airport through final departure formalities.
